A-408/409 Allgong and Argiope brand plastic streak elimination and brightness improvement agent usage, dosage and feature.
1. Ultra-low cost: Dosage is1‰~1.5‰, namely add 0.5-1.5g toughening agent to 1KG raw material. Recommended dosage is 1‰. Be sure that 25KG plastic sample is used and mixed in blender for 10-15 minutes. (Mere several KG is not accurate enough).
4. Simple usage： Toughening agent is added in the process of blending materials. Extrusion and injection or blow molding can be carried out after the mixture of plastics and toughening agent is heated. If colorant is needed, please add A-408/409 first and after 5 minutes of blending colorant can be added.
3. Plastics are easier to be colored. This product can adhere to colorant, make pigmentation more even and decrease the using amount of dispersant and spreading oil.
4.This product is transparent material without impurity and deposit. It has not any influence on the transparence and color of the plastics.
5. Because all kinds of plastics possess different properties and different brands show obvious discrepancy in quality, different heating time and using amount are required for them.
6.In order to ensure the product quality，don’t mix them with other chemical agents such as white mineral oil in use, in case of having negative influence on the effect.
7.Package, stockage and durability: Package is plastic barrel and the net weight is 20 KG/barrel. Keep away from light, insolation, moisture and contamination. Product durability is 2 years.
Caution: Detergent should be used to clean this product. If this product splashes into eyes, please flush the eyes with a great amount of water and go to see the doctor.
